Margaret Peasegood

Margaret is a solicitor and expert in professional practice management, having provided consulting, facilitation, training and coaching services since 1994 to a wide variety of prominent firms in the service professions. Margaret established her own law firm in Manchester in 1982 and retired as senior partner in 1997. She took it from its beginnings to become a strong profitable organisation which still thrives. The practice was the first in Manchester to gain the Investors in People standard. She is chariman of two commercial property investment companies.

Margaret’s area of speciality is coaching to ensure the implementation of firms’ plans. She finds that when firms invest in coaching once the planning processes are complete, the likelihood of firms reaching their objectives is far greater. It is also an opportunity to improve communication and morale right across the firm. These are two areas where staff and partners consistently agree improvements need to be made.

Margaret is also available for management training and consulting with firms who wish to make significant improvements in their performance.
