Management skills training

 

Good management is the key to running a good law firm, to delivering an excellent service to clients and to running a successful business. But management does not rest solely with the managing partner or chief executive; today all partners must make a contribution to good management. Department heads and team leaders need a wide range of management skills to be able to manage the performance of their people successfully. It is equally important to ensure that those coming through the ranks acquire the skills; the wider and deeper managerial knowledge is spread in a firm, the better able it will be to be proactive and adapt to change quickly.

We design and run training courses from the Law Society Management Stage 1 course through to courses to MBA standard. These courses can be tailored to suit the needs and culture of an individual firm and cover the range of managerial skills required in legal practice.
