The LSC has made internal monitoring a contractual requirement under the Unified Contract. We can carry this out for you, and provide reassurance if you are doing things in the right way, or suggest effective and timely corrective action if systems have broken down.

We can provide in-house training on contract compliance and quality standards to raise awareness and ensure that all staff know what the Legal Services Commission expects at audit.
